The end of term has come on us all so quickly.  Both students and staff have worked very hard this term, and both deserve a well earned break.

Thankyou to the parents who have attended the Parent Interview evenings.  It has been an excellent opportunity to see how your child has started the school year, and to show them that you are interested in the progress they are making at school.  With teachers and parents working together, we can ensure that all students get the best possible opportunities as they progress through school.

Next term we start our School Uniform awards.  Each day the teachers will count the number of students in each class who are wearing school uniform, and at the end of the fortnight, the class with the greatest number of students in full school uniform for the fortnight will win the Koondoola Teddy in their room for the fortnight.  Remember, full school uniform is the Gold Polo shirt, Navy Blue bottoms (shorts, skirt or skort or trousers….no jeans or boardies) and lace on or strap on footwear.  In winter, this will include the school tracksuit, and/or the school jacket.  Our classes sure look fantastic as a group all in uniform.

We look forward to seeing all students back at school on Thursday 26th April for the start of term 2.

Last day of Term 1 is Thursday 5th April.
First day of Term 2 is  Thursday 26th April.
